Abstract:
To provide a new production method for obtaining low-kalium woody biomass ash from the woody biomass ash.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method for obtaining low-kalium woody biomass ash in which the kalium content in woody biomass ash is reduced. The method comprises: a first process of generating a hydrogen chloride-containing gas by burning a chlorine-containing waste substance under oxidative atmosphere; a second process of heating the woody biomass ash to contact the ash with the hydrogen chloride-containing gas; and a third process of removing a water-soluble component by cleaning the contacted ash using water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
