Abstract:
To provide a production method of a paper material capable of minimizing or reducing an amount of deposited gypsum to zero without firing a waste gypsum board, and even when remaining, capable of suppressing separating and scattering of deposited gypsum.SOLUTION: The production method of a paper material using a paper chip separated from a waste gypsum board as a raw material contains: a crush step of crushing a waste gypsum board to a predetermined shape or a size; a paper chip recovery step of separating and recovering a paper chip from the crushed product; an in-water agitation and crushing step of loading the separated paper chip into a water and disintegrating to give a pulp liquid having a plant tissue dispersed and suspended in the water; a pulp recovery step of separating the gypsum and water involved in the pulp liquid and separating the pulp; a paper material molding process of molding the pulp to a prescribed shape; and a drying step of drying the molded paper material at a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
