PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of poorly water soluble component-containing formulations capable of stably dispersing a poorly water soluble component, which can be used in a field, such as a food, a functional nutritional food, a designated health food, a dietary supplement, a nutrient, an animal drug, a drink, a feed, a pet food, a cosmetic, pharmaceuticals, therapeutic agent, or prophylactic agent.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a production method of a poorly water soluble component-containing formulation characterized by comprising adding a poorly water soluble component into a vegetable oil with a temperature of 100°C or more and dissolving it to prepare a poorly water soluble component dissolving oil, and emulsifying and dispersing the poorly water soluble component dissolving oil.SELECTED DRAWING: None
