Abstract:
To provide a production method which enables an increase in thickness and a rise in the height of a boss with the inside diameter of a central hole small controlled in a round brush component.
A thread bundle 2 is projected upward from the through hole 6a of a processing table 6. A projecting portion is opened to a periphery radially. The small-diameter rod body 7b of a welding horn 7 is inserted in the central part. A cylindrical weld part is formed in the through hole 6a. The formation material of the cylindrical weld part is obtained by a thread material 2 in the through hole 6a.
