Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide vanadium dioxide-containing particles which have excellent robustness against heat expansion accompanying heating and cooling. These vanadium dioxide-containing particles are characterized by containing an element A, which is thermochromic and has a Pauling electronegativity within the range 1.65-2.05, and an element B, which has a Pauling electronegativity within the range 2.10-2.54, and in that, with respect to the vanadium (100 atom%), the total content of element A is 0.5-20 atom% and the total content of element B is 0.05-20 atom%.
