PURPOSE: To form a gas/steam mixture of prescribed components by introducing a gaseous component necessary for the gas/steam mixture into a flow liquid storage tank and evaporating the liquid and objective component dissolved in the flow liquid into a carrier gas while holding a specified volume flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: Conduits 1, 5 for the carrier gas and the liquid and a line 9 for recovering of the gas/steam mixture are mounted at an evaporation reaction vessel 8. The gas conduit 1 is provided with a pressure adjuster 2, a drying device 3 and a volume regulator 4. A metering appliance 6 is disposed at the liquid conduit 5. The vessel 8 is provided with a heating block 11 having a cavity part 12. This block 11 is arranged within a housing 15. A spiral pipe 13 for the carrier gas arranged within the cavity part 12 is brought thermally conductively into contact with the heating block 11. A second spiral pipe 14 is thermally conductively arranged on the outside surface 17 of the heating block 11 and a spiral pipe 13 for releasing the liquid flow and the carrier gas is introduced into the spiral pipe 14. Consequently, the gas/steam mixture of the prescribed components may be formed.
