PURPOSE: To obtain the title film free from ply separation and being within the preferable range of peel strength from the vessel suitable to a lid material of vessel for electronic component by laminating treated surface of an ozone- treated and specific melted thin film on a biaxially oriented nylon film under pressure.

CONSTITUTION: Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 10-20wt.% (preferably 12-18wt.%) vinyl acetate content is extruded from a die of an extruder at 200-260°C (preferably 210-250°C) to provide a melted thin film, preferably having 7-40μ thickness. Then the surface of the above-mentioned thin film is subjected to ozone treatment and treated surface thereof is laminated on a biaxially oriented nylon film subjected to anchor coat treatment with an anchor coat agent such as polyethyleneimine and preferably having 15-35μ thickness under pressure to provide the aimed film.
