Abstract:
To efficiently produce a striafree optical article in a method for producing the optical article by using a radiation irradiation method.
In the method for producing the optical article, a resin monomer is polymerized by putting the resin monomer into a mold 10 for forming the optical article and using an ultraviolet lamp 12 having a slender shape to irradiate the mold 10 with ultraviolet rays. Polymerization is executed by moving the mold 10 for forming along the direction oblique for the long axis of the ultraviolet lamp 12 so that ultraviolet rays uniformly and efficiently irradiate the whole transparent surface of the mold 10 for forming.
