PURPOSE: To make possible the formation of the aggregate and cable of optical fibers by using a core material which is rotating and is moving in its axial direction as a center and integrally forming a plurality of optical fibers on the surface thereof so as to become coil form by the use adhesive agents or the like.

CONSTITUTION: In the position 9 where optical fibers 1 are unreeled from winding drums 8, the aggregate is formed by means of adhesive agents or the like and is dried and secured in the position 10. After the optical fiber aggregate is combined with a core material 2, it is applied with retaining winding by means of the plastic or aluminum tape 11 from a drum 13, whereby the optical fiber cable is produced. The optical fibers 1 may be cabled with the simple device of merely unreeling the same from the winding drums 8, simply by rotating and moving the core material 12 alone.
