Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconducting material producing method including a working process by which the deterioration of characteristics such as the degradation of floating power after the working is made less.
SOLUTION: In this method for producing the oxide superconducting material, a sintered body is produced by weighting, kneading, compacting and sintering processes and is worked into a specified form by working processes such as cutting, shaving and grinding, and then an oxygen quantity of the sintered body is enriched by an oxygen enriching process. Thus, the cracks conventionally generated accompanying structure phase transition by the oxygen enrichment process is prevented from growing.
