Abstract:

To economically produce a packaging vessel which has a low degree of bacterial contamination and a structure capable of performing sterilizing treatment easily and rapidly.

A sheet, in which at least one hand of paper and plastic material is laminated, is formed into a cylindrical vessel blank 1. The edge wall 6 of the top is formed by injection molding of thermoplastic material at about 200°C. Thereafter, the inside of the vessel is subjected to sterilizing treatment by a chemical sterilizing agent or ultraviolet irradiation or both thereof and prescribed contents are filled and sealed.
