PURPOSE: To obtain a pallet keeping sufficient strength even in the case of molding subjected to sudden bending by reducing the atmospheric pressure of the lower part of a multi-cavity lower mold filled with a colloidal waste paper soln. to form a waste paper laminate and molding an upper mold on the laminate in a pressure bonded state.
CONSTITUTION: Waste paper is beaten to be dissolved in water to be brought to a colloidal state. Next, the obtained waste paper soln. 6 is housed in a cylinder 1 having a multi-cavity lower mold 2 having a porous structure fixed to the intermediate part thereof by a support trunk 4 and the lower space under the lower mold 2 is held to a vacuum state by an air pump 5 to suck the waste paper soln. 6. Thereby, waste paper particles are adsorbed along the bending of the upper surface of the lower mold 2 in uniform thickness to form a laminated 7. Next, an upper mold 3 is allowed to fall to be pressed to the laminate 7 to dehydrate the laminate and a molded pallet and/or tex 9 is demolded to be heated and dried by a dryer.
