Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain peptidylglycine α-hydroxylated monooxygenase having high titer by culturing insect cells transfected with a recombinant baculovirus.
CONSTITUTION: Insect cells transfected with a recombinant baculovirus transduced with a DNA coding peptidylglycine α-hydroxylated monooxygenase is cultured. α-Hydroxyglycidyl peptide is obtained from α-hydroxylated monooxygenase obtained from the culture mixture.
