PURPOSE: To perform printing of negative and adge trimming frame readily, simultaneously and inexpensively by forming slits along the printing opening edge of a photographic negative on the plate surface of a print mask and applying the light which has undergone color tone control through a filter to the print paper through the slits.

CONSTITUTION: Slits 2 of linear from or continuous flower patterns are formed on the plate surface of a print mask 1 along the edge of a square central opening 3. A light source lamp 4 for printing is disposed below the slits 2. Mounting of the lamp 4 is accomplished by fittig the rise part of a light transmission frame 5 formed to sectional L form composed of plastics and disposing the lamp 4 in the horizontal tail end part. Light from the lamp 4 transmits through the inside of the body of the frame 5 having been bent to L-form and comes upward from the leading end fitted into the slits 2. The light having been radiated is diffused by a light scattering filter 7 and a desired color is formed by a color tone control filter 8.
