Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing pile knitted fabric having approximately the same pattern on both sides.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing piled knitted fabric simultaneously processed at both sides comprises a fabric knitting process for knitting so as to interlace yarn for pile between two fabrics, a pile fabric forming process for cutting the yarn for pile knitted by the fabric knitting process to form two pile fabrics, a processing process for subjecting the pile fabric made by the pile fabric forming process to bleaching and processing treatment and a pile napping process for standing pile on one side of the treated pile fabric made by the processing process.
