Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the method for efficiently and massively producing the plasminogen-activating factor by culturing a normal diploid fibroblast originated from a human tissue.
CONSTITUTION: The multiplication cell of a normal diploid fibroblast originated from a human tissue cultured in a serum culture medium is cultured in a serum- free culture medium prepared by mixing with a peptone as a production-inducing substance and additionally mixed with K ions.
