Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the quality of a product by preventing interlayer detachment of a green board and reduce the equipment cost by decreasing the quantity of dehydration of slurry.

CONSTITUTION: Slurry 1 containing a lightweight aggregate and reinforcing fiber and having 20-45% concentration of solid substance is supplied in a single- layer plate shape on a sheet 2 which is circulated in the specified direction and has water permeability. A continuous platelike green board 3 is formed by decompressing and dehydrating the slurry 1 through a suction means 11 provided on the rear surface of the sheet 2. The green board 3 is cut in the specific dimension and furthermore pressed and dehydrated. A platelike architectural element is produced by curing the dehydrated green board 3.
