Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing polymer, enabling to easily produce the polymer narrow in mol.wt. distribution in comparison with that by an ordinary polyfluoroalkyl group-containing polymer.
This method for producing a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing polymer comprises polymerization a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing monomer by a living radical polymerization method. The living radical polymerization method is preferably a halogen atom transfer type living radical polymerization method or a living radical polymerization method using a stable nitroxyl free radical as a radical-catching agent.
