Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a baked coating film on a porous base material by a common method without being affected by volatile components in the inside.
CONSTITUTION: A coated material is formed by covering a coating film 2 of a gas barrier resin on a material 1 to be coated by providing a releasing passage of its volatile components provided in a coating undesired part of the material 1 to be coated or the like and, after that, applying a common baking type coating material. Then, a smooth coating film 3 is obtained without generating bubbles on the coating film since the coating film 2 of the gas barrier resin acts as a filler and shuts off the volatile components.
