Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing porous burned stone using palm coal, a waste material for building, sludge, (carbonization), etc., and being a raw material suitable for constructing a reef, etc., and to obtain a multipurpose block using this porous burnt stone.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing porous burnt stone is constituted so as to mix coal ash, clay, palm coal, furnace waste, sludge, red soil, waste wood in construction and dust-burnt ash, knead with water, mold and burn. The objective block is obtained by fixing cut quarried stone-like porous burnt stone obtained by breaking porous burnt stone or cut quarried stone 2C obtained by breaking natural rock to a pulled root 2A as a general waste product. In this case, old tire as a waste product can be used instead of the pulled root.
