Abstract:

To control a particle size, the thickness of a wall film and the functionality thereof.

A four-component soln. 7 is prepared from an org. solvent 1, a wall film forming material 2, an oil gelling agent 4 and alcohol 6, and an aq. soln. 9 adjusted its pH is dripped to this four-component soln. 9. A gel film is formed to the peripheries of liquid droplets of the aq. soln. 9 by interfatial gelling reaction and the wall film forming material 2 is hydrolyzed and subjected to polycondensation reaction in the gel film to form a product 11 having a porous wall film. The product 11 is washed to be heat-treated to eliminate the gel film.
