Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a refrigerant tube which allows the easy insertion of inner fins into a holder and is capable of improving the productivity of the refrigerant tube.
SOLUTION: The holder 2 which forms the shell of the refrigerant tube is formed approximately to a V shape in cross section and after the inner fins 3 are inserted into the holder from its aperture portion, the holder 2 is press formed to a closed cross section of a flat shape from the open cross section of the approximate V shape in the cross section, by which the insertability of the inner fins 3 is improved and the productivity is enhanced.
