Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce the subject product not deteriorating for some period even when left at room temperature, capable of being stored for a long period in a refrigerator and capable of avoiding the excessive intake of honey by removing a specific amount of water from a mixture solution consisting of the same amounts of the honey and royal jelly.
CONSTITUTION: A mixture solution consisting of the same amounts of honey and royal jelly is sufficiently stirred with a mixer, etc., and 35% of water is subsequently removed from the mixture solution to concentrate the mixture solution. For example, a vacuum pump, etc., is employed in the removal of the water.
