In order to produce the biomass fuel regularly at the low cost and sell to general users, the raw materials of the biomass is secured regularly at the low cost by utilizing byproducts produced in the process of drying and preparing cereal grains such as husks, rice bran, etc., and cultivating crops of Gramineae for exclusive use. Further, by cooperating with the sale and storing facilities such as in a plurality of conventional gasoline stands, etc., and the biomass fuel produced is sold as the automobile fuel to the general users. Furthermore, by systematizing and unifying the biomass fuel raw material production system, biomass fuel production system and biomass fuel storage and sale system consistently and managing whole of them, it becomes possible to realize the production of the biomass fuel capable of being supplied at a low price.
