Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable high-efficiency quantity production of the title food products useful as sandwiched rice balls or the like by rotating a specific table for molding food intermittently, feeding boiled rice into the bottom of the alternate molds on the table, then feeding the ingredient food and boiled rice subsequently, and pressing them.
CONSTITUTION: The food-molding table 3 comprising a round disk 1 on which a plurality of molds 2 are bored along the outer circumference at an equal interval is intermittently rotated to feed boiled rice to the bottom of the molds alternately, then intermittently rotated by the mold interval to feed the ingredient food on the rice. After that, boiled rice is fed to every mold into the bottom and on the ingredient food alternately. Then, the molded foods including the ingredient are pressed out of the alternate molds to give the objective food products.
