PURPOSE: To provide an integrated separation frame capable of imparting a good seal by using expanded net-like structures of kinds varying with central openings and diffusers.
CONSTITUTION: The entire peripheral region 6 of the first expanded net-like structure 2 is thermally compressed to seal the central part 7. The second expanded net-like structure 11 forms a sealing surface 21 by thermal compression of side edges 12 and 13. The non-flattened portion of second grids 11 constitute the diffuser 22 of the separation frame 1 and are, on the other hand, the non- flattened portions of first grids 2. The portions not directly combined with the sealing surface 21 are the exchange region 23 of the separation frame 1. The blanked portions 8 and 9 which are covered neither with the first grids nor the second grids correspond to orifices 25 and 26 for fluid fluidization. The integrated separation frame having a good sealability is obtained by the constitution described above.
