Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the sharpness of a laminated steel panel produced by laminating a transparent plastic film and a plasticized polyvinyl chloride film through an adhesive layer so as to arrange the latter film on the side of a steel panel.
CONSTITUTION: The surface roughness of a steel panel is set to below 0.5μm as center line average surface roughness and the temp. of the steel panel at the time of the lamination of a laminated film is set so that the elongation of the laminated film at a temp. rising speed of 5K/min is below 10% when load of 40g/mm2 is applied to the laminated film.
