PURPOSE: A binder solution is added to a crushed or powdered form of dry bonito and they are pressed with heat into a sheet where pullulan is added to the binder solution or applied to the sheet to increase the binding force, elasticity, antiseptic and antioxidative capability.

CONSTITUTION: A crushed or powdery form of dry bonito is spread in the mold, sprayed with a binder solution, preferably composed of 30W70pts.wt. of dextrin, 4W6pts.wt. of salt, 0.01W5pts.wt. of pullulan and water, and pressed with heat into a sheet or sprayed with the binder solution, or pressed with heat into a sheet, then sprayed with a pullulan solution, preferably of 0.1W5% concentration.
