Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of sink marks in multicavity molded products when a parison is sucked to the surface of a cavity under vacuum to be expanded and this expanded parison is filled with a filling liquid to mold the multicavity molded product.
SOLUTION: The parison emitted from a crosshead is grasped by a mold and sucked to the cavity surface of the mold under vacuum to be expanded and this expanded parison is filled with a filling liquid to produce molded products. When sink marks are generated in the products on both sides at a time when a multicavity molded products are molded from a parison having a large diameter size, a plurality of parisons 10a having a small diameter size are emitted from crossheads 9a and the number of products in respective cavities is reduced to produce molded products of the same quantity as the production quantity in the parison of the large diameter size.
