Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize the quality of speakers and also to improve the productivity of speakers in production method of the speakers that are used for various audio equipments.
CONSTITUTION: A voice coil 3 and a voice coil lead wire 25 are held by a center holder jig, and the coil 3 which automatically caused a sag 4 of the wire 2b is adhered to a diaphragm 1. Then the diaphragm 1 is built into a frame 10A which is connected to a magnetic circuit 9 with the fringe of the frame 10A coated with an instantaneous hardenable adhesive agent 18. As both the diaphragm 1 and the wire 2b are adhered to the frame 10A simultaneously, such defects as jitters, etc., can be eliminated. As a result, the quality of speakers is stabilized and also the productivity of speakers is improved.
