Abstract:
To improve drawability by executing second cold rolling at least twice.
This process for production of a steel strip produces steel containers by preparing a hot rolled strip consisting of extra low-carbon die steel, subjecting this strip to the first time of cold rolling to form a blank anal annealing this blank then subjecting the blank to deep drawing and redrawing including a step of executing the second cold rolling. The cold rolled steel strip having tensile strength of ≥600 MPa, a thickness of ≤0.18 mm and the excellent deep drawability is thus produced.
