Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the raised product uniform in pile directionality and free from whitish faded portions.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic textile fabric is raised and then put to fluff binding raising using a card clothing raiser alternately equipped with pile rollers and counter pile rollers; the resultant fabric is heat treated and dyed and then put to shearing.
