Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a synthetic paper having excellent printability and tear resistance by simultaneously blowing an extremely fine fiber obtained by melt blow method and a coating solution containing pigment onto a substrate stacked with a continuous synthetic fiber formed by spun bond method.
CONSTITUTION: An extremely fine synthetic fiber obtained by melt blow method and having <1 denier fineness and a coating liquid consisting essentially of pigment and binder are simultaneously blown onto a substrate stacked with a continuous synthetic fiber formed by spun bond method and having 1-4 denier fineness and 10-300g/m2 weight to provide the objective synthetic paper.
