Abstract:
To structure a production line in a production system without requiring any large conveyance space.SOLUTION: A production system is constituted by adjacently disposing a plurality of robot stations. Each of the stations includes: a working table 6 on which a prescribed work is performed to a workpiece; an assembly robot 5 moving the workpiece to which the work is performed to a prescribed delivery position; a delivery device 4 delivering the workpiece in a space to an adjacent station; and an operation detection device (optical sensor 7) detecting the delivery operation in the adjacent station. A control device 3 operates the delivery device of its own device to deliver the workpiece to the adjacent station when the operation detection device detects the delivery operation in the adjacent station. The delivery regions of the delivery device in its own device and the adjacent station are arranged so as to be superimposed on each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
