In this production system 1A constituted by connecting a plurality of device modules 10 performing a production processing for a workpiece, each of the device modules 10 includes a substantially box-shaped device base body 20, a processing part 30 performing a production processing in the device base body 20, and a conveyance port 34 for conveying the workpiece to the next device module 10 after performing the production processing for the workpiece by the processing part 30. The plurality of device modules 10 are connected in states of formation positions of the conveyance ports 34 coinciding with each other on the same plane.
