In the process (c), an adhesive 16 is applied to a part which is a part of the label rear face, on which contents of the label rear face 12 are printed, and faces the release agent layer formed on the label front face 11. In the process (d), the continuous form is folded zigzag by lateral perforations and is piled up in plural layers, and strippable paper for mount or a form coated with a release agent is put in the bottom part, and they are cut.
