PURPOSE: To obtain a transfer process for producing a tacky adhesive sheet capable of improving a defective product having abnormal unevenness generated on the tacky adhesive sheet to a stable acceptable product.
CONSTITUTION: This production process for a tacky adhesive sheet comprises a transfer process characterized by the application of a tacky adhesive to a releasing face of a releasing sheet, drying of the adhesive and lamination of a surface substrate to the adhesive layer with a two-roll laminator, wherein at least one roll of the laminator has a JIS A hardness of ≤80. The obtained tacky adhesive sheet is free from abnormal unevenness of surface, has sure and stable quality and good appearance and exhibits remarkably improved printing effect.
