PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative sheet of a thermosetting resin with a protrusion pattern, by putting a sheet of prepreg with a protrusion pattern on its surface formed with specific ink on a rigid base, followed by hot-pressing the prepreg with a cushioning sheet on it.

CONSTITUTION: The surface of the prepreg 2 impregnated with a thermosetting resin, e.g., phenolic or melamine resin, is printed with ink consisting of an aromatic resin, e.g., phenolic, toluene, or xylene resin, as a vehicle to form the protrusion pattern 3. The prepreg 2 is then put on the rigid base 1, and molded by the hot presses 6 and 7 with the cushioning sheet 5 applied to it.
