PURPOSE: Pigments are dispersed in a thermosetting resin until color pahse is not changed by the shear force at the process for kneading the thermosetting resin with a curing agent to form coloring pastes, which are used for color matching to produce produce a thermosetting powder coating composition permitting easy washing and precise color matching with ease.
