PURPOSE: To enable the production of a thicker-wall pipe by connectedly installing braiders producing the thicker-wall pipe by interlacing yarn delivered from each bobbin carrier with each rodlike unit in a continuous length and simultaneously the production of the pipe having an optional wall thickness by regulating the number of units of braiders.

CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a thick-wall pipe comprises connectedly installing plural braiders (B) for interlacing yarn (Y) delivered from each bobbin carrier (C) running along a track around a mandrel (m), simultaneously interlacing the yarn with each rodlike unit (y) in a continuous length delivered from each reel (r1) and producing a thick-wall pipe (b) and thereby producing the thick-wall pipe.
