This tourmaline-containing foamed ceramic molded plate is obtained by blending tourmaline powder having ≤3μm and ceramic fine balloons having ≥600kgf/cm2 compression strength, 0.3-0.5g/cm3 bulk specific gravity and ≥1,500°C melting point as main constituent materials with a ceramic composition containing a material to become a fusing agent and water, for example, press molding under 10-500kgf/cm2 and baking at ≤950°C.
