Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing a polyamide-imide resin perfectly correcting the defect accompanied by the synthesis in a polar aprotic solvent and capable of especially eliminating gelling danger.
CONSTITUTION: An aromatic diisocyanate and a carboxylic acid having at least three carboxyl functional groups or an anhydride corresponding thereto are condensed in a melt phase in the absence of a catalyst.
