Abstract:
To produce a welded tube required in internal and external diameter precision and the roundness by drawing at specified reduction ratio of tube external diameter and the reduction ratio of thickness after cutting at a specified height of internal bead projection of a welded bead part.
For a tube before drawing, a high frequency welded tube is selected, after an internal bead height of the welded bead part is cut so as to be made in -4.0 to +0.6% of the tube internal diameter, centering is executed so that the reduction ratio of tube external diameter is made more than 10% and the reduction ratio of thickness is made more than %, and the welded tube of non-defective internal and external diameter precision can be obtained.
