A profile creation device 2 includes a patch data input part 5 which inputs RGB patch data and CMYK patch data; a colorimetry data input part 6 which inputs RGB colorimetry data obtained by performing colorimetry of a RGB patch chart 3 printed applying the RGB patch data by a colorimetry device 1, and the CMYK colorimetry data obtained a CMYK patch chart 4 printed applying the CMYK patch data by the colorimetry 1; and a profile creation part 7 which creates a profile for color conversion from the RGB data to CMYK data based on the RGB patch data, the RGB colorimetry data, the CMYK patch data, and the CMYK colorimetry data inputted from the data input parts 5, 6.
