Abstract:

PURPOSE: To measure the profile shape of an object to be measured of various shapes by using a common arm and a stylus.

CONSTITUTION: A straight line rod-like arm 11 is attached to an arm base for moving for a measuring table. An attaching hole 14 is drilled along its diameter on the edge of the arm 11. The base part of a rod-like stylus 31 is inserted in the hole 14 and attached thereto. The stylus 31 has the shape having two right angle curvature parts. An internal angle inclination face and the like can be measured by the stylus 31.
