A content provider terminal 400 registers a content and a content attribution in a content management device 100 and acquires marketing information by a log acquisition/analysis device 700. The content management device accumulates log information at the time of executing content attribution information search and content distribution and informs the log acquisition/analysis device of them. A license management device 200 issues a license to user terminals 500, 600. The log acquisition/analysis device collects/modifies log information from each device. Based on the log information, profile effective for marketing is calculated and an opinion leader is estimated based on the profile, information transmission is simulated based on an information category indicated for the profile and the selected opinion leader.
