Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely accurately program controller for a heat treating furnace, etc., by generating a warning signal when an input signal does not reach a permissible value for a desired value in a prescribed step. CONSTITUTION:The (n-)th step ends and a program output attains to its final value Tn, but the value of an actual input signal T is less than a permissible value DELTAT, so the control does not advances to the next (n)th step. When the input signal T becomes below the permissible value DELTAT within a stand-by time DELTAt after a time DELTAt' passes, a program signal for the (n)th step is generated at time Tn to start fixed value control. When the input signal T does not become below the permissible value DELTAT within the stand-by time DELTAt, a warning signal is generated to wait for an operator's indication. Therefore, the holding time of the target value of the fixed value control, etc., is held for a specified period, so an accurate program signal is obtained at low cost through small-sized constitution.
