Abstract:
The present invention eliminates the need for work of imaging a chip arrangement with a camera and facilitates assistance in creating a program. The present invention enables the pattern of a chip to be customized in accordance with a problem or a user's desire. A program-creation-assisting system comprising: a command table in which specific information that has been imparted to a chip is registered in advance in association with operation instructions, the chip having a visibility-characteristic description; a communication unit via which the specific information of each of a plurality of the chips that have been lined up in a row to form a chip layout is acquired from the chip layout via communication; a chip-recognition process unit via which the specific information held by each chip and the layout of specific information is recognized from the chip layout information acquired by the communication unit; and a program-creation process unit that, with reference to the command table, selects a command that corresponds to the specific information of each chip included in the layout, as recognized by the chip-recognition process unit, and generates a program composed of a plurality of selected commands.
