Abstract:
To provide a program, information processing apparatus, and an information processing method, configured to properly conclude an electronic contract according to approval authority on conclusion of a contract within an organization, even when a user who has received contract information is not authorized to approve the conclusion of the contract, in an electronic contract system that executes an electronic contract procedure between users belonging to different organizations.SOLUTION: A method includes: receiving contract information which is to be concluded between a first user and a second user; receiving, from the first user, information that specifies the second user as a receiver of the contract information received in a contract reception step; receiving, from the second user, information that specifies one or a plurality of third users as an approver for the contract information received in the contract reception step; and receiving, from the one or a plurality of third users, an instruction to approve the conclusion of the contract for the received contract information, the second user being a user who is not authorized to approve the conclusion of the contract for the received contract information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
