A program processing system includes: a processing control device; a plurality of processors; a first communication path for transferring a program module from a processing control device to each processor; and a second communication path for transferring data between the plurality of processors. The processing control device includes: a means for generating a file necessary for generating a program to be executed by the plurality of processors based on a data structure transferred through the second communication path between the plurality of processors and a method for transferring the data; a means for generating a program to be executed by each processor by using the generated file; and a means for transferring each generated program through the first communication path to each processor. The plurality of processors transfer and execute data for executing the program in the common timing.
